I would recommend waiting until you are out of the Puree Phase just to be careful. The Crunchy Baked Sides could potentially be too firm for your new stomach.
Shopping List
Shredded Cheese- Any Flavor. I used a Taco Blend
1 Large Can of Chicken
Eggs- You only need 1 per can
Mayo-or Greek Yogurt

The Macros Listed are for 1 mini nugget. This will help you balance out how many Nuggets you can have. Each 1 can of Chicken can make around 6-7 Medium Sized Nuggets.

First Pre Heat the Oven to 350
Next, Open and Drain your canned chicken
Add your Canned Chicken to a mixing bowl
Then, Add 1/2 cup of Shredded Cheese. My cheese was shredded very fine, so you might only need 1/4 cup.
Crack 1 egg into the bowl. This is to help Bind everything together.
Now, add your seasonings. I added Salt, Pepper, Garlic, and My Famous RainbowGaybow and Uni-The-Corn Seasoning
Next, Use your clean hands to mix everything together
Start to form mini patties in your hand and place them on a grease baking sheet
When all the patties are formed, spray a little bit of butter or canola oil over the patties
Place them in the 350 oven for 15min
After the 15 min, turn the oven heat up to 400 and bake for another 10 minutes.

When Finished remove from oven and let cool. They should have a crispy shell to them. LowCarbStateOfMind used Pork Grinds, but you can use Bread Crumbs if you’d like. I did not use either of these.
While the Nuggets are cooling, you can create your dipping sauce.
I used Mayo for the base, but Greek Yogurt works well too!
Add 1 tablespoon of Mayo to a bowl
Add Salt, Pepper, and Garlic powder to your Mayo
Stir the Mayo and Seasonings together and you’re all set!
